Every qualifying physical painting and limited edition print acquired through the official Sethu Eyyal platform is guaranteed to be an authentic artwork conceived, created, and authorized by artist Sethu Eyyal.
This guarantee protects the provenance and secondary-market collector value of your fine art acquisition.
2. Certificate of Authenticity (COA) Elements
Each issued Certificate of Authenticity contains authoritative, immutable records:
• Unique Sequential Number: Structured in official serial format (e.g. SE-2026-0001).
• Physical Specifications: Exact artwork title, medium, dimensions, and completion year.
• High-Resolution Thumbnail: Digital representation of the artwork at the time of issuance.
• Signed Attestation: Statement of original creation signed by the artist.
• Collector Provenance: Recorded recipient name and issuance timestamp.
3. Dual Certification Delivery
• Physical Hardcopy: Shipped alongside the artwork in an archival protective envelope.
• Digital Archival Copy: Available at any time within your Collector Account under "Authenticity COAs" for independent provenance verification and insurance appraisal documentation.
4. Reissuance & Revocation Policy
Issued certificates represent permanent, immutable records. In the event of loss or damage to a physical certificate, registered collectors may request a reissued hardcopy upon verification of identity and provenance records.
