• Limited Edition Prints: Interleaved with acid-free tissue paper and shipped inside heavy-duty, double-walled industrial mailing cylinders.
• Transit Insurance: Every domestic shipment carries 100% transit loss and damage insurance at no extra cost to the collector.
• Standard Domestic Courier Partner: BlueDart Fine Art Express or specialized art logistics services.
2. Dispatch & Transit Timelines
• Artwork Preparation: Ready-to-hang original paintings undergo final condition inspection, signature verification, and custom crating within 2 to 5 business days of confirmed payment.
• Delivery Timelines: Metro cities across India typically receive delivery within 3 to 6 business days following dispatch. Non-metro and regional locations may require 5 to 9 business days.
• Tracking: Once dispatched, a live tracking reference code is issued via email and updated in your Collector Account.
3. Delivery Receipt & Unboxing Protocol
Because all shipments are insured, collectors MUST follow this inspection protocol upon receipt:
1. External Inspection: Inspect the outer wooden crate or mailing tube before signing the delivery manifest.
2. Tampering / Crushed Crate: If external damage is evident, photograph the crate immediately and request the courier note the exterior condition.
3. Unboxing Video / Photos: We recommend video recording the unboxing process. In the rare event of transit impact damage, notify our studio within 48 hours of delivery.

International collectors are warmly welcomed, but international art transit requires specialized customs documentation, export valuation certificates, and destination-specific freight quotes.
